I ordered a coffee with extra cream, sugar and flavorings and paid the extra for it. It was not fixed correctly and when I took it back, they did not fix it, instead gave me a small cup with the sauce in it and a straw to stir it for me to fix it myself, only I couldn’t add it because there was no where to dump the coffee that was already up to the rim. I ended up throwing it in the trash right there at the pickup spot. What a waste of money.

When I travel through, this is the starbucks I usually visit. I appreciate all the workers especially Chalise, she wakes me up with her enthusiasm even before I sip my coffee. Great promptness, attention to detail and professionalism.

I went to the Starbucks in fry’s and they looked like they didn’t want to be there and kind of made me feel bad for making them be there but then I went to the Starbucks in target and Chalise greeted me with a smile and made it feel like she was actually happy to see me there. I will be going back to this Starbucks over the one in fry’s

Update, I have no idea why my review is not appearing in the other location. So I'm going to add it here as well. Before I do, I will say this much, it bothers me when people are quick to post a negative review over simple issues but slow as snails to give kudos or credit when they have wonderful experiences. We have had excellent experience here as well. Below this line is about the other Frys location.Well, the new changes are pretty snazzy (yes, I said snazzy) What makes this location stand out for the other 2 locations to me is the absolute amazing ?? customer service we receive from Aliese is Jedi Master level. She knows my wife's multiple orders and at times have had the order completed by the time we are finished paying. Super friendly team all around. If your drink is not up to par, they will remake it. We have yet to come across this issue ourselves, however, when trying new things to even be told this is just impressive. We have been closer to the Starbucks further away and will reroute to this location for that level of service. Keep up the excellent work, we truly appreciate it.
They are not true to their hours, online it says that they close at 8PM but that's not true at all!!! I went there at 7:03PM and they refused to serve me and said they were just closing. I don't know if they close whenever they want to but it does feel like that and they should at least fix their hours online because they do not close at 8PM, they close much eariler than that.

Always nice to pair a Starbucks with a Target store. They were closed when I was here but it was late in the day. Love the selection of cups and bottles here at this location. I have no opinions about the service since I didn't order anything. Looked clean and well stocked though. I'll try them some other time.
