Starbucks is a welcoming coffee shop where customers enjoy excellent service from baristas like Faith and Chalise. Faith's attention to detail and warm personality make for a memorable visit, while Chalise's enthusiasm and professionalism brighten customers' days. Some locations may have staff who appear unengaged, but the Starbucks in Target with its cheerful baristas, like Chalise, stands out as a positive experience.
