The new employees at this location are incredibly unwelcoming, unfriendly and rude. They barely acknowledge your existence, talk so low that you can barely hear them and they're definitely much more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Basically just makes you feel like a nuisance for being a customer.

I was at this particular Starbucks around 5pm today and one of the workers was a girl named Shay, didn't catch the other one. The other girl said she'd be with me in a minute SAT there cleaning a container (guess they can't multi-task) and continued to talk about being on Tinder, like all I wanted was a cake pop for my 5 year old and these girls to busy talking about being on Tinder. This is why I will always chose Dutch Bros smh disappointing.

This Starbucks is not well managed, I stood in line for about 4 minutes did not get talked to until the barista finished another order… until than she gave me service and it was poor… I think Starbucks is always about customer service and how you treat your people because I work at one and I for sure like to make sure my people are well treated and I think it’s a policy your not allowed to use “ non commercial soap “ to wash your dishes, the place was a mess boxes stacked in the lobby it represents a poor Starbucks and it’s embarrassing but here I am writing this and upsets me because I work at one and wouldn’t want to make the company look like this because it’s a company we share and should make sure it’s top #1 because we want our people back and that’s what makes us friendly this upsets me and I hope FRYS can make a difference in this because it’s in your store make the difference here I have attached a photo of the dish soap this can be very ineffective and fry’s manage your Starbucks the way it should be managed seriously it’s embarrassing for the Starbucks company it’s the first time I see noncomercial dish soap being used like this…. Also following Starbucks recipes the way they are suppose to be followed is key as well these baristas need training…. My comment may be irrelevant but seriously this is not cool.
I stood for about four minutes at the counter to order food for my children. The staff didn’t acknowledge me, look at me or say anything to me. No, “be with you in a second”, “there may be a wait”…. Nothing. They acted like I didn’t exist. I ended up leaving and rushed to find something else in the store.
Just a negative experience.

There are four places to get Starbucks in Sierra Vista and the only employees that are consistently rude to customers work at this one. Very unprofessional staff.

Good food and baristas have good knowledge of menu items and make the recipes correctly. Even with mobile orders they are pretty quick and will always make sure you get what you ordered. Liz the manager is pretty cool. Selena and Kahla are real ones, Robert’s cool too, very friendly. p.s. i got f i r e d f r o m h e r e.

This might be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. This is the third time that I’ve waited 20 minutes for a drink that was made wrong and didn’t taste the same. They always seem to be short staffed and the staff that is working is not very friendly or polite. Probably the last time I’ll go there.

I've had terrible experiences the last few times I've gone. The staff doesn't acknowledge you and seem to avoid taking orders. I had a mobile order for pickup and I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to notice me and hand me my drink. There were also no customers at the time. The Target starbucks is 1000x better.
Well, the new changes are pretty snazzy (yes, I said snazzy) What makes this location stand out for the other 2 locations to me us the absolute amazing ?? customer service we receive from Aliese is Jedi Master level. She knows my wife's multiple orders and at times have had the order completed by the time we are finished paying. Super friendly team all around. If your drink is not up to par, they will remake it. We have yet to come across this issue ourselves, however, when trying new things to even be told this is just impressive. We have been closer to the Starbucks further away and will reroute to this location for that level of service. Keep up the excellent work, we truly appreciate it.

Past three visits (within one week) out of many ingredients. 1st visit pumpkin, second visit heavy cream, third visit (tonight) out of cold brew and all holiday drinks???
Awful service!! Barista told me they are not supposed to blend my drink when I’ve had this same drink blended at other locations. Oct 29th @6:00pm. The location next to them inside of Target, now they are awesome, friendly, unlike the one’s inside of Fry’s. They will make your drink exactly how you want it. The baristas are super friendly.
