Finally getting around to writing this review from our trip to Sierra Vista in December 2021. We were looking for a quick bite of Mexican food for lunch and based upon prior Yelp reviews decided to give this place a try. We tried this place last week because our daughter was visiting and looking for vegan options. Turns out that not only does Mi Yaqui have vegan options, they have an entire vegan menu! This place is not fancy, but if you want really good, authentic Mexican food (I highly recommend the chicken enchiladas green style) then this place is a hidden gem in the heart of Sierra Vista.
