I had the 3 Tacobirrilla which are incredibly authentic with the fried taco shell, fresh and delicious. The salsa side is perfectly hot and flavorful. Speaking of authentic, the service was there for you, not you there for them! I interacted with all four of the wait staff at one point, or another, who were all just genuine as could be. I sat at the bar as I was solo and ordered an Arnold Palmer which was perfectly separated. It was lunchtime, and they were about 3/4 full and bumping! Nice and loud and proud. We went from strangers to friends in a minute, I couldn't recommend it more.

We live in Tombstone and decided to try this place since we were in Sierra Vista for shopping. The food was delicious and amazing. It was so good. We had the Tako Maki roll and the quesabarillo taco plate. Both were excellent and almost more food than we could eat. But we did eat it all because it was THAT good.The staff was friendly and efficient. One thing we noticed immediately was that the servers/staff never stopped working. If not taking care of their patrons, they were dusting, cleaning, polishing and all in a cheerful mood. You don't see that very often now since many spend as much time on their phone as working.TakoMaki goes on our list of regular places to eat.

My wife and I had the Tempura roll with a side of fried rice and a Mixed Fried rice bowl. I also had a tall beer on tap. Holy crud. That was the best beer in SV. You could tell they take pride in the food preparation, tast and presentation. Even though the prices might rock you back in your chair... you get what you pay for. A fusion of Japanese and Mexican food may sound a little foreign, it works!
