Prime Rib was outstanding. Three of us had the prime rib and all agreed it was the most flavorful and perfectly seasoned cut we had enjoyed. The servers were wonderful. We tried the flourless chocolate and the apple caramel desserts. The chocolate was fabulous! The flavors were amazing. The prices are a little higher but totally worth it. I had a wild mushroom burger, very tasty however it was under cooked for my liking. The staff asked how everything was, I mentioned it was too pink and they remade it for me. They use local beef and hand form the burgers. The sandwiches & burgers come with handmade chips. This was our first time at Tandem and at first we were a little nervous about the smaller menu and somewhat high prices, but we'll give every restaurant at least one try. My wife ordered a wild mushroom burger, and I ordered a short rib dip sandwich. Both came with chips and we ordered a side of truffle fries to share. The fries came out first and came with a homemade dip. Both were incredible....
