Came into Tropical this afternoon, and was treated with smiles and a bubbly atmosphere, ALL the staff had smiles on their faces. Store was very clean. Jai the manager on duty was very personable and was even helping her staff during a rush. My food was fresh and made in under three minutes. Jai amazing job tasted delicious. Jaret made me a smoothie that was well blended and full of flavor his coworker Heather did Amazing helping and the team work shined through the employees...

Newly added to the Sierra Vista community, located on the west side of Hway 92. Very clean with a simple style layout for seating. Parking is no ideal as it intersects with traffic off the 92 and the venue across from it in the same parking lot, so be mindful of constant back and forth traffic. Clean rest rooms. Each time I have visit for my wife's Chia oatmeal pudding and my kids smooties, the staff have been pretty hectic trying to keep up w/ drive up and walk-in customers....

Really happy they are here in SV. Loved the smoothies we got & will be back to try the yummy looking sandwiches, wraps. All made to order & friendly staff. Drive thru too. Followup..eaten here, really good wraps & had an Acali bowl. ?
