No adult supervisor works here, it’s like a daycare where all you hear is co workers goofing around, I asked for supervisor non available, placed online order girl that came to window had no manners, no problem solving skills just an attitude, I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. This is probably why this Wendy’s has the ratings it has. Will never go here. Never been so upset. I had to give her the attitude she gave me. Please hire adults with customer service skills.

How hard is it to get a simple, Dave's single WITHOUT CHEESE???? I have now had this problem 6 different times when I go to wendys, I cannot eat cheese because I am lactose intolerant, I dont just ask for no cheese for nothing. I ask for specific reasons, so now my whole lunch goes to waste because people can never listen.

There is constantly a long wait if you come into the restaurant to eat during this visit the customer before me is order was wrong I had paid for cheese if you put on my sandwich it wasn't there to pay the $1 for the cheese
All I can say is wow , last couple years this place has really went down hill until just the other night got off work late and was really craving a burger and all I can say is the staff from my last experience was top notch food tasted fresh, fries were crispy and hot everyone was friendly it was amazing I hope it stayed this way because I’ll definitely be going back, way to go guys !!!

When we got home, missing a double cheeseburger. We live a ways away and it was my wife's sandwich. This should be double checked before bagging. Very dissappointing.
