I would say this Wendy’s is above average as far as Wendy’s franchises go. Service is quicker than I’ve come to expect from the chain and on par with McDonalds. Food was well prepared and fresh, will definitely work it into my fast food cycle in Sierra Vista.

Why does it take forever to get food here? Doesn't matter if you're inside or in drive thru. Whoever the manager is replace him/her. Ridiculous.

Bruh! For real?! Do not go here until it is all new management and employees. The last year or two, this place has been awful. All the employees have that “It’s cool to not care” thing going on. Never a smile or polite person. Thus, the food has been awful and the wait time is excessive for what you get. I always forget until I go again. Last night mine and my daughters nuggets were so cold (not just not hot, COLD) and my wife and son’s burgers had to have been refrigerated and then reheated in the microwave or something (the whole thing, hot lettuce and tomato, cold burger… but yet burnt?! Tasted like plastic, they both spit them out, never seen that before). It was awful. …and if you are wondering, I am not rude, quite the opposite, I am super polite, I am never rude to people who handle my food. I have never wrote a negative review either, but it was that bad, you all should know. The management here has failed this place, their customers, and their employees. My wife and daughter love Wendy’s, but I’ll drive to Tucson next time.

Wendy's is one of my granddaughters favorite places to go for burgers. Unfortunately the last 3 times we've gone, we had miserable experiences 😢 several weeks back we went in and our food was cold to the touch. The next time we really couldn't tell if our food was cold because the entire store was so cold. And then tonight we thought we'd give it another try. Only a couple of patrons in the store but drive was busy. Which made us feel good about the service and of course fresh food. Tonight there were 4 of us. And once again 3 of the meals were cold, the 4th was a big meal and it was cooked fresh. Sadens me to say... that once again we were VERY disappointed in our food.
Seems we will have to find another place to go for our outings 😞

I went in thru the drive thru, and the young lady Christian was quick and very friendly. These are the kinds of people that are sorely needed in your establishment. Kudos to you Christina!!! Job well done.

I went to Wendy yesterday around 8pm on Fry blvd. They were out of chili, out of chocolate frostys and the bun for my burger was very stale and hard. I was the only customer there. The fries weren't crisp. It was a horrible meal that I couldn't even eat!

Been craving a baked potato from this place for awhile but they were always out by the time I got there. Called tonight to ask about availability and the guy that answered the phone was absolutely amazing. He set aside a couple for me and when I got off work I went to go pick them up. These are the best potatoes I've had in awhile! Absolutely smothered in chili and cheese and super fresh! I forgot to get your name but you ran out to my car a couple of times to make sure my order was right. I hope you see this. Excellent customer service, excellent food!

I'm not sure how to spell her name but -Ollie- the Manager at this store is an amazing woman!! About a month ago I had received a messed up order, and she remembered me and honored her word on replacing it. I'm going through some rough times right now, and she was very down to earth and very kind to me when I needed it most!! Great lady!! And the food was hot and delicious!! 👍💯❤️

The obsolete WORST meal I’ve ever had in my life. Every item was cold and had the texture of being cooked hours in advance. The soft drink area was a disaster, my order was incomplete. This place was close to empty inside and in the drive through so being busy is not an excuse. I will never set foot in this dump again!
