Wendy's is good food, but this location is terrible due to inadequate employees. Placed an order through the mobile app with a future pickup time. Arrived on time, and they hadn't even started making our order!! They weren't busy either. They started making pur order 3 minutes after the pick up time. LAME. These employees need to be retrained or replaced.

With how much prices have gone up at other places the $5, $6, $7 biggie bag deals are a great BBC value with several options at all 3 price points.Include burger choice, 4 piece chicken nugget, sauce, Fries, and drink.Friendly staff and clean lobby. One of the 2 drunk stations was out of a few of the options, but the other one had them available. Only negative I can think of is that there is limited parking due to lot size.

I have been coming to this location for over a year now, and they can't seem to be able to get their scanner for the drive-thru to work for the Wendy's app. This is the first inconvenience for customers considering that the employees fight with you about honoring an in app promotion due to their lack of getting something fixed and then you can't earn the points for using the app either. I will never return to this location again. I'm not sure who their "new manager" as she claims herself to be is in the morning, but she is completely unprofessional and lacks any customer service skills. On the 1 day, aka Friday mornings, when she is actually there since I come to this location every morning and deal with an older black gentleman. She's so quick to tell me that she is not going to honor the BOGO breakfast sandwich or $2 off that their app is offering to me and all customers in Sierra Vista, AZ area since offers are based off of your location. The moment I pull up to the drive-thru window, she is combative. She is extremely aggressive and rude, not trying to provide good customer service and / or resolutions. She only adds to the problem. This is the only Wendy's in Sierra Vista, and they should just be shut down due to their employees' lack of care, customer service and the wait time is always outrageous. Yes, I request fresh chicken because otherwise they will give you cold and old chicken. However, that doesn't take 20+ minutes to make 1 or sometimes 2 breakfast biscuits. If all of the people there don't like their job and are miserable enough that it shows in how they move and interact with customers, then they need to quit or be fired and go work in an entirely different environment. All of them need to be trained on customer service skills because that's how poorly they treat people. Run away as far as possible from this place unless you love being treated like you're not human.

After multiple tries I've come to the understanding that this Wendy's is incapable of delivering fresh hot fries and and mouthwatering Burgers we see advertised. To the contrary you have employees who care not about hygiene or food borne illnesses, no hair nets or gloves or care for preparation. Just throw garbage in a bag and serve. Sad to say the least. Whoever is managing this place needs training badly.

So once again, we ordered from this Wendy's. And once again, we did not get what we ordered. Neither burger was correct. Both were cold and tasted terrible. I ordered a baked potato and received fries, I get them being out of them, they are usually out of them, but I was not asked what I wanted as a replacement, and I was charged for the upgrade. We ordered plain nuggets and did not receive those either. This is a trend at this store, and I'm done with them.

Although renovated, the service and food quality have deteriorated. The staff consists of high schoolers or young adults that lack attention to detail. I have returned often due to mistakes such as regular nuggets instead of spicy, stale fries and missing food items. Also, the wait times are considerably longer than before, with family and I considering driving off when there's only one or two cars ahead of us and we're waiting 15+ minutes. Completely unacceptable. Please improve.
