“Learned about The Meading Room from some friends and decided we would take a drive to Sonoita and visit. We were not disappointed. Great vibe as we drove up the drive and strolled up to the front door. The staff was friendly. The sitting area was comfortable. The menu had many offerings, so we decided to try the Mead flight. Admittedly, we were overwhelmed as we had never had mead. It was fun and we left with several bottles of mead. Worth it!”
“We enjoyed our stop at Rune Wines. Beautiful setting and lovely landscaping. Wine and charcuterie board were excellent! Highly recommend.”
“This is one of my favorite wineries I have ever visited! Their wines are incredible, and their cocktails are amazing. The day I visited, they had a cupcake and wine pairing. Add incredible views and ducks/peacocks running around, and you have everything a girl could ask for!”

“We were down there hunting upland birds and came across this Brewery in the middle of nowhere. We came across this Brewery in Sonoita and to say the least we were thoroughly impressed. The food, beer and staff were great, not at all what I was expecting to find in a town of 800. Even the patrons of establishment were first class, salt of the earth Americans. If you are in the area I would highly recommend stopping by for a cold beer, good food and great conversation.”

“Great beer selection, awesome atmosphere, and the customer service is amazing! Their live music nights are always a good time. Definitely stop when you are in Patagonia. Cheers!”
“Callahan Vineyards has won numerous awards over the years, especially for its red wines. They are recognized as one of Arizona's leading wineries and are often cited as a leader in the Arizona wine industry.”
“It was a hot Saturday in Tucson, Liz & Pete were playing at Sonoita Vineyards down in Elgin… time to drive down to wine country! Surprise bonus, Don Armstrong joined them. As always when Pete, Liz & Don take the stage, the music was outstanding. And I was happy to discover this venue: the Sonoita Vineyards staff were very nice, kind & professional. And then, of course, the wine. Their Baja Boo’z hit the spot. Need I say more? What a great afternoon! Definitely on the short list for a return visit.”
“Great Whole Food! A real gem in Patagonia and the surrounding areas”

“Nice place. Food is good. Staff is friendly. Cocktails are well made.
Parking: It's not a major metropolitan city. You may need to park a little bit away but no biggie. It's a small town. Perspective is everything. A little bit away is 500 feet.”

“Oh. My. Gosh. I have food allergies and eating out when traveling is hard. I asked while we waited for a table so we had time to figure out what I could order. The gentleman working the host stand (whose name is didn’t catch but I presume is one of the owners/managers because he said his son’s name is one of the pizzas on the menu) went above and beyond to work with the kitchen to custom make a pizza safe for me! It was DIVINE and the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. It had trout roe, creme fraiche, roasted poblanos, mushrooms, and I think some lemon zest… I ate the entire thing. Not being made to feel like a burden because of my allergies and instead having the kitchen be excited to play around and make me something really made me feel cared for. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you thank you thank you. If I’m ever back in this town I’ll absolutely be returning!!!”
