“This review is for the new Huachuca City location NOT the one in Sierra Vista which I do not like, Place very clean , friendly service , food good , large portions and has a soda fountain. 5 ? stars.”

“I've driven by this place plenty of times in the 18 years I've lived in the area, but didn't stop in until three weeks ago. I couldn't stay long, though, because this place only accepts cash. Today I came prepared. I met a friend there at 1pm. We sat outside on the spacious, covered patio while a local band was tuning their instruments, getting ready for showtime. We had our dogs with us, so we sat as far away as we could so that my dogs wouldn't start barking. On Sundays Buddy's Bar offers a potluck meal at 2pm. Dishes are prepared by locals and you pay with donations. Ham, red beans and rice, BBQ chicken wings, corn bread, various salads and desserts were available for several hours. A local band called the Quail Ridge Pickers provided the music. This is a full-service bar. There are five beers on draft here: Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Coors Lite, Dos Equis, all for $3. There are more craft beers in bottles for $3.75 The interior is dark, but this is a popular local watering hole. The customers are regulars. A Christmas tree stood in one corner, ablaze in colorful lights. My one complaint? Whenever I went up to the bar for refills, I got my beer in a plastic cup. When my friend did the same, he came back with glass pints, The glass pints hold at least two extra ounces of beer.”

“Fantastic Mom and Pop kind of diner. Good food, great portions. Really decent prices. Two folks can have a huge breakfast for around $20.It can be a little hard to find since they haven't replaced the signage since the collision.Wheelchair accessibility: Gravel parking lot. The entrance is level to the sidewalk and the whole place is on one floor.”

“We have been here quite a few times since they opened and we have never had bad food or service. All of the staff is friendly, helpful with suggestions and very attentive to their customers. This place is our favorite restaurant in town! We highly recommend them!!! My 5year old daughter is, kind of a food critic and she loves everything she's had here to include the sauerkraut! We reccomend the Angry Döner and the Cordon Beer sandwich with the Angry Nachos or pretzel with beer cheese!”

“I see Culver's as the "beef-version of Chik-Fil-A" and mean that as a compliment. Been to over two dozen locations across the nation and have never had a less than perfect experience. Experts in quality control, order accuracy, food freshness, and customer service. Wanted to leave a review for this one specifically because I saw the owner assisting an entry-level team member in immediately fixing and cleaning a cup-lid dispenser malfunction--a true testament to the Culver's culture.”

“The quality and love poured into the food sets this place above par. The portions were filling and the flavors were amazing. 10/10 recommend giving them a try. We got the tako maki sushi roll (sans cream cheese), birria tacos (consume on point), and chicharrones for appetizer. Friendly service!”

“Horchata Boba tea?!!! What?! Oh my goodness. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place earned it. Look, I tried out this place yesterday and got a mango Boba tea. It was so good that I came back again today to try out another flavor. The place is super clean and adorable, and the staff was super friendly. The Boba is really good and the prices are fair. I will definitely be returning.”

“The new owner is great, and the kids working the counter are providing excellent service. They have way more than just ice cream on the menu, and the environment reminds me of my childhood. The fresas con crema is delightful, it comes with strawberry or vanilla ice cream. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“The crepes and rolled ice cream are amazing. The staff was super friendly even though we came in just ahead of closing. They made everything with attention and made the whole thing awesome. I am not a huge fan of chocolate, but the chocobanana crepe was tremendous!!!They are in a little shop, so it is really hard to make a great atmosphere and have food prep space. My family will definitely go more often.”

“We love eating here for lunch. Angelika serves a wide variety of sandwiches, authentic German dishes and has a wonderful selection of German grocery and candy items in stock. Plus deli meats! Check it but go early. This place is a favorite of the locals. Especially those who have lived in Germany!”

“Have been here about 10 times and every time has been amazing. This is the BEST tasting coffee I’ve ever had in my life. The espresso is so flavorful and perfect?. Service is always friendly and they make everything quickly.”

“We were extremely impressed with the large menu options. Our server Samy took the time to explain several choices to us. The portions were HUGE!! MASSIVE!! And packed with flavor. I am picky and loved every bite I had. The frijoles were perfect. I do love my refried beans. I could make a meal of just those, along with the fried jalapenos. I'm sorry I left my leftovers on the table though. We will be back. Hubs wants to go back weekly. Wish we could afford that, because I'd do that in a heartbeat. We opted for once a month "Date Night". I suggest the chamoy margarita. That salty sweet juxtaposition with the margarita was just what I needed.”

“Typically a good place to hang out and drink. Plenty of different drinks on tap, and interesting furniture for lounging. The only bad part is some of the staff. There are a few that aren't very attentive or respectful. I've had several instances where I've stood at an empty bar for over 20 minutes before being helped. When getting a growler refilled, make sure to check that it's actually filled. I've had a few now where I've gotten home and it's three to four fingers short, which is quite a bit in those big bottles. Overall a good spot, just be mindful of who's working I suppose.”

“I've been here approximately two and a half years. and have eaten here a number of times. We ate there tonight to celebrate my brother's birthday. Everything I've had has been delicious. I had the zigeunerschnitzel tonight. It was fantastic. The Black Forest cake is out of this world. If you like German food, you'll love The German Cafe. I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“I typically recommend it as this place has good food and the service has always been good but last night we went for dinner and I have to say, I was very unhappy. The server did a good job and the food was good but it all came at once! We ordered a cocktail, I went to the restroom and when I got back to the table, the appetizer, salads, and dinner were all there! The table was completely covered with food. I was mortified! By the time we got to our dinner, it was cold. Hindsight being 20/20, I wished we would have asked the restaurant to take away the main course until we were done with our appetizer and salads. The part that annoyed me most was that the staff that brought the food (which wasn't our server) didn't think anything of it. Do I have to tell the server at every dinner that I would like to eat my food in courses, not all at once?”

“I had Maddy Hatters Okie Doughkie Bakery cater for my wedding desserts. I could not begin to describe how incredible she did. I gave her little direction except the amount of people and wedding colors and she went above and beyond. Everything was delicious, she was courteous and communicative and really it was a joy to work with her. I got SO many compliments on how delicious everything was. I would absolutely recommend for any occasion :)”

“First time here, and I'm definitely going to try them again. They have really good food. Their wet burritos are big and delicious, according to my husband. You can pick what type of burritos you want to make wet. Their posole is pretty dang good, could of used a tad bit more salt and a little more of the meat, but still really good. My son got the chili dog and fries and said it was so good.”

“This was my first time visiting this establishment. A lot of non-chain restaurants have a personal, homey, decorative feel to it. They all have really nice interiors that you wouldn't expect from the outside. We came here for lunch. Being Filipina, I was excited to visit here and bring my colleagues. I was surprised to see the vast variety of foods and drinks they sell. I would come back and try another one of their authentic dishes on another day. Everyone's take on filipino foods slightly differ. I shared my plate with a friend, and they liked it.”
