Was it worth the half hour drive? YES!!! What a treat from the white linen table cloths; quiet atmosphere; friendly service to the DELICIOUS food. The first Italian food that didn’t give me heart burn. We ordered an appetizer not on the menu and not only did they accommodate but Chef Ricki came out to personally discuss how we wanted it prepared. It is rare that everyone I have spoken to is so impressed by this lovely gem in the small berb of Strawberry , Arizona. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere charming. Being greeted by Frank Sinatra belting out one of his famous songs just immediately puts you at ease. The staff is friendly and very professional, answering all our questions. I cannot say enough about The Strawberry Lodge and will return often.
Top notch! Probably one of the best restaurants in the Payson, Pine and Syrawberry Az. area. A must try if you want superb Italian. Great service and Atmosphere. A truly wonderful experience! Thanks Ricky!
