Our server was cheerful and attentive. Our food came quickly and was delicious. The chips served at the beginning of the meal are quite light, and reminiscent of the wonderful chips at Chevy's. The salsa was spicy! The ambience and decor are festive, modern and entertaining.

We had made reservations months ago for a party of 12, and we had to wait 43 minutes to be seated, which was unacceptable. The one table that the hostesses had in mind was not available. There was no attempt to find us another table. The waiting space inside is very limited. It was 115 outside, so we could not wait outside. The staff were very unwelcoming towards us standing in the reception area. After the first 20 minutes of waiting, I requested the manager to figure something...

Experience Batio Queen on Taco Tuesday! 2 for 1 tacos. Every taco is excellent. The surf and turf taco with steak and shrimp was my favorite. Service is excellent with a kind friendly staff. A definate go to when I have guests from out of town.
