You see, I know that mistakes happen. Black Rock coffee is right next to a highway making it easier for misunderstandings to happen. Heck, I didn’t even know there was a protein cold milk available. But when I ordered protein cold foam, a product heavily pushed during the later half of the school year while I was frequenting this location often. It never occurred to me that there was a new, similarly named option. The girl at the window confirmed the order and I agreed....

Has always been my go-to Black Rock but lately the drinks have been lacking. They are just OK, occasionally the coffee is burnt. Also over many of my last visits I’ve noticed gnats flying around my table inside. It’s been a recurring issue so I’m a little concerned about the cleanliness.

I love the coffee however both times I picked up here the service is lacking.
I understand being busy.. and I don’t mind waiting maybe 5 -10 min. When I see 5 other people walk to the counter and order after I put in my mobile order and they get their drinks first and I see my drink sitting on the counter waiting for sprinkles. By the time I got it the foam was melted in and dissolved. Just a let down when I pay 20$ for 2 drinks
and leave a tip ahead...
