Always forgetting to give me the whole order. Also terrible customer service.
First and foremost, I am an AVID Chick-Fil-A girl. I, however, normally do Mobile Pickup with curbside because I have a two year old and it’s faster to place my order ahead. For this reason, I am unsure if this is typically behavior or just a one time occasion. Nevertheless, my daughter and I decided to run through the drive-thru quickly today around 11 AM. I stopped tonight for dinner. Thought going up and ordering vs going thru the crazy long drive thru line would be faster. Boy was I wrong. After 25 minutes of watching people come and go snd sniffing exhaust fumes, I stopped a gal to inquire about my order and she said she would go check on it. Never heard from her again.
