“These cakes are such an amazing texture. I don’t know how they do it. Airy and satisfying, moist without being wet or gummy. The birthday boy usually scrapes the frosting off cakes, but he loved his red velvet! Just the right amount of sweetness and a perfect cake to icing ratio.

It was my first time getting a cake from them, so I don’t know if this is standard practice for the company or unique to this location/staff member, but the customer service was phenomenal. She came into the middle of the shop to talk to me instead of standing behind the counter, then walked me through all of my options for decorations as if she was excited for my son to get his cake.

And then it came out wrapped, and it just elevated the ‘specialness’ of it all. Birthday boy was impressed, and he’s a teenager, so that’s hard to do.

“I had went on Friday and was treated INCREDIBLY kindly by a lady working, she was a bright person and made a fantastic ice cream! She recognized the people walking in and then told them goodbye when they left! She was incredible with her customer service and made my night! I wish she had a name tag so I could direct this to her but thank you for the incredible ice cream young lady! (Darker hair)“

They get to pick a treat and go home having had a fulfilling, joyful adventure, and something absolutely delicious to eat. I'm so happy to have them close by!“

“I am so impressed with the cake that I picked up from cold stone from my daughter’s 15th birthday. She was looking forward to an ice cream cake, and we didn’t know if we could make it happen in such short notice, but cold stone came through. They made sure that they got it to me on time even a little earlier than expected. Everyone at the party was so impressed on how beautiful it was and the taste was amazing.
