This Dutch Bros is awesome! We were in the area Saturday and they were super busy! They moved us through the line faster than I thought possible and got every drink we ordered exactly right. It was such a hot day and they even gave us waters and ice as well. Such an amazing staff!

I enjoy the drinks but the time it takes to get your order is crazy and makes me not want to go to ANY dutch bros. You have THE WORST pick up process. You should have separate lines for people who prefer ahead on the app. This morning I placed an app order and my order was supposed to be ready at 7:45. Huge shoutout to Natalie, Armando, and Leslie! My husband and I ordered at the walk-up window and accidentally received our drinks iced instead of blended. My husband went back to the window to ask if they could be blended, and even though they were super busy, they were incredibly kind and accommodating.
