I'd say they need very extensive training just this morning I ordered thru the drive thru and three cars in front of me including me and one car behind me were asked to pull ahead our orders we not ready this happens very often here at this location no wonder you can't retain managers I'd say within the last 10 years you have turned at least 5 managers if not more . Just think how more efficient things would run opps here's another car pulling up waiting for...

Ordered the new Big Arch burger. Asked for extra crispy onions as well as extra pickles. Burger came with hardly any of either and on top of that the bun was so stale and hard that every time I took a bite everything tried to squeeze out onto my lap. This burger is advertised with white American cheese and mine came with yellow. Disappointed to say the least.

I personally don’t eat fast food but I was picking some up for my family, the white boy (I didn’t get his name) who was working the POS system and brought my food out at 10:07 pm today is clearly a hard worker. You guys seem understaffed and he was so fast and making sure everyone got attention. Place has bad reviews but he’s a hard worker and I want McDonalds to give him the recognition he deserves. I will be coming back again just for his name . Give that man a raise!!!...
