Drove over 22 miles to get some Puerto Rican food and was not disappointed! So happy I bought a dozen frozen pasteles; they were not on the menu but available for purchase. They reminded me so much of back home, Just what I needed around this holiday time and being away from my fam. Thank you, Pete, for bringing La Isla to Phoenix!! Can't wait to stop by again!!!
If I could give this place more than five stars, I would...don't even think about running away when you realize it's not traditional Mexican food, you will be glad you stayed! Everyone is warm and friendly.
