“Our family went to the Olive Garden on Grand Ave in Surprise yesterday, 3/22/26, we clearly had the best waiter in Christian in the room. I'm retired Navy in my 50's been to plenty of restaurants, and Mr. Christian was just a genuinely polite young man, great eye contact, listening skills, he came by our table 2 or 3 times to check in and didn't make us wait to long for our to go bags and final bill. I told the manager about our experience, sounds like he's just starting to waiter. Ask for Christian as your waiter, take care.“

“My husband and I ate here for the first time. The food and the service was amazing. It’s authentic Thai food that won’t disappointed. Give them a try. We had orange chicken, edamame, Lao papaya salad, and crab fried rices; all were spectacular!!“

“I had a great experience at Jet’s Pizza in Surprise! The pizza is absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with great flavor and fresh ingredients. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve.
Savannah, who took my order, was especially friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant with her positive attitude and great customer service.
I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!“

“So, food was delicious... However, a hair was found in our food and that was highly disappointing although not surprising given that I didn't see a single person with a hair net on so everyone's hair was just hanging out over all the food being made. DISAPPOINTING. Service was fair, the wait for food was long and the cashier taking our order kept interrupting with talking through the mic while we were in the middle of order even a single dish.“

“The food here is delicious but they always take a long time to get it out. Maybe its because it is made fresh all the time but i went through the drive through for a fry and onion ring only. Youd think this might take 5 min to drop in the fryer but i waited over 20 min and wasted my entire lunch break. By the time i got back to work i had no time to eat. Great food just make sure you have time to wait for it.“

“I always visit this Chick-fil-A for lunch with my friends and family, and the service is truly 10/10. The drive-thru is always super fast, and I often stop by for a quick breakfast—the service is consistently amazing.
Recently, we’ve been dining in more, and we’ve had the chance to get to know Thomas. He is incredibly friendly and always goes out of his way to make our visits enjoyable. He’s attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the customers.
Thomas is honestly a big reason we keep coming back to this Chick-fil-A in Surprise. The whole team is great, but he really stands out. Highly recommend this location!“
