The food is typically good and so is the service so I don’t know what’s been going on lately. But ya’ll HAVE To learn how to construct and roll a burrito. That includes putting all of the ingredients the customer requested and PAID for. Food and gas is way too expensive nowadays to be messing up orders.
Im not sure if the staff is new. But they are not prepared to take more than 2 customers at a time. Lines builds up extremely quickly and the wait is very long. Only reason i decided to review this location in particular is because for the layout being as efficient and accommodating as it is. Its sad to see employees lacking any kind of enthusiasm or even a welcoming tone. I asked how their day was and all i got was a “your total is $” and then received the wrong order while...
Food is very delicious, when you can get it. Absolutely horrendous over the past couple of weeks, extremely slow. 10 minutes plus in the drive thru slow, ridiculous. Only go if you're not trying to stay on time.
