I love their food even though the prices are a bit high. My huge complaint is THE CHAIRS! We want to dine in but can't stand the scraping of the chairs on the floor. Between people getting up and down and the workers pushing in the chairs, I wanted to scream. PLEASE PUT RUBBER FEET ON THEM!
Ordered a single cheese burger, I liked how soft the bun was.
Had to order from a kiosk, no one out front, self serve water spiket.
I went up to the counter and there were many employees in back preparing food. I was surprised at how many people were in back! It really looked like no employees up front, except 1 guy who came out with the food.

We had heard about Shake Shack but never tried it. We'll worth the visit. Shakes are excellent as to be expected. The burgers, chicken and hot dogs were also tasty. A nice change from the typical fast food options.
