“I come/doordash to this Sonic by my house when I want it and one particular time I had a bad food order, (but it was due to me ordering something new and not liking it and the fries were a bit cold and not fresh) but every other time was a great experience. First off I called, ( how many fast food places answer now a days) and the manager Leona was very nice and very accommodating to my situation taking care of the issue promptly and with me in mind! She is the definition of what a manager looks like, someone who listens and takes care of the customer first! Also doing it without attitude or frustration because it wasn’t my fault! Great attitude and Great customer service from her! She deserves a raise!“

“Sonic is Sonic. Great (fast food) burgers, good shakes, nice menu options. You pull up, order, and they bring it to you. It's fast.
As far as "fast-food" burgers go, it's one of the least "fast-food" tasting burgers you can get.“
