Sonic Drive-In in Chandler

“The young man that waited on me at the drive through Sunday night was wonderful. It was close to closing time and I'm sure he was really tired, but he was not only professional, he was very kind and very respectful. Service was fast, accurate and served with a smile. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could mention it but unfortunately I didn't get it. I want to give a special shot out to a very nice young man that's obviously working really hard. You will go far in life because you seem to care about your customers. You showed outstanding values in your customer service. The gift you have is rare in this day and age. You seem like such a wonderful person. Don't change for anyone unless it makes you a better person. Thank you for the great service and the yummy dessert!

“Went through the Sonic drive through on 6/27 around 1pm. (Chk 132).
Rep James (10093) was fantastic! He had excellent customer service, friendly, fast, the order was complete and he confirmed “no cheese “ on the special order. A great majority of the time when we use drive throughs, something is missing from our order or the food order isn’t right, so we wanted to take the time to thank him. We appreciate it!“
