Sonic Drive-In in Glendale

“I think this location must have a really good manager because the consistency of helpful, young employees can't be random. We've been coming to this location, and I have yet to have a bad experience. Even when an order was wrong that one time, they made it right and found a way to make me smile. Kudos to the leadership team for this location. Your staff does not match other locations. You may very well set the bar. Great job!!!“

“Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Sonic tonight! I special order my burgers and they made them perfect! Just meat, mayo. Extra tomatoes, extra onions. Sounds simple to make, but in the past I’ve had some difficulties getting it right. So thank you again to the staff and a very polite Lena!“

“I can't stand when drivers don't pull up to the stop sign in the Drive-Thru for the CarHop to deliver their food to them they always pull up parallel to the door when the stop sign is clearly in front of them signals them to stop there to keep the line moving to keep the orders coming in and getting filled but that's just a pet peeve of mine Sonic is giving out of the way they die onions the burgers are good especially a triple melt cheeseburger they're one of the few Burger chains that adds mustard without request. I can't go wrong. Eating area at Sonic's is always clean the employees are always very polite and professional and usually upbeat.“

“Fast service good pricing and the best “groovy fries” in town. I will admit I’m not a fan of the name of the fries. But they taste awesome amazing and yes they do have grooves so they are indeed “groovy” ! The sonic person that brought me the food was fast and he was friendly and brought all the desired condiments I didn’t even have to request for them like I usually do! Good job young sir!!“

“This is the only Sonic I’ve been too in the area and quite frankly the only fast food place I’ve been to in years, that has great customer service, is actually fast and efficient! They are friendly, get the order right and don’t forget sauces, if you need something they come right out in a blink of an eye, it’s like a miracle! Makes me want to go to this location more than anywhere else. It’s like stepping into a time machine, when people did their jobs and did them well, it’s amazing!“
