It's truly unfortunate that time after time, you absolutely positively can not make a drink correctly and usually have an arrogance about you that is absolutely disgusting, which is simply amazing considering you make coffee for a living ?

Not a big fan of this store.Been there multiple times. Every time I ask for extra cream or anything it's an inconvenience. They are by far rudest group of workers with exception of an older lady in the drive threw. For a 8dollar cup of coffee you would expect a little more. For the extra 5 min I would try the other Starbucks on bell by in and out burger.
Manager Charissa was extremely rude. There was a mistake made on my order and she made it seem like it was my fault. Not very helpful. I rarely go to this Starbucks, but the one on BULLARD&BELL is my usual. You're better off going to that one in my opinion?
