I come to this location often; the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. They great you and wish for you to have a good day. However, there are some opportunities for improvement. I have noticed on multiple occasions that when I order a 20 ounce hot coffee, I end up getting a16 ounce one instead. I was correcting them, but it became so chronic that I just gave up. This is a great location in Waddell in a sort of country setting. The atmosphere is really great with plenty of seating and the baristas work really hard to give great customer service. Of special note is Hannah who always makes my drinks to perfection all with a smile and diligence. Given how many thousands of Starbucks there are in the US and worldwide, this location standing out really says something.
Always choose coming to this location over others with the staff going out of their way for helping customers and will walk the coffees to your table if you are talking with friends or distracted. Always a great atmosphere getting coffee and playing card games with my friends
