Me and my wife had a great afternoon on the rooftop of the Canopy by Hilton. Had awesome cocktails and even better conversations with their bartender named Brian. Boy, this dude was a natural and knew his stuff! Having been a Hilton Diamond member, I've experienced a lot of bars across their chain. Brian made Sunday stand out because of his skill, conversation, and genuine likeability. We decided that we would come back for his service! Kudos.
The drinks are so good and the carne asada fries were great. Service was wonderful and the views were stunning. You can get your valet parking validated at the restaurant, so free parking.
Alibi Lounge has a beautiful rooftop setup and a great view, especially if you’re hoping to catch the sunset in Tempe. The space itself is stylish and well designed. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the setting. The atmosphere felt flat and almost nonexistent. By 8 p.m. on a Friday night, it was already dead and empty, and it seemed like the only people there were hotel guests. The cocktails looked great in the photos, but in reality they were not especially well...
