I have been coming here periodically for about two years & every single time I’ve come in the customer service is stellar! 🤩 Everyone behind the counter makes sure to take their time explaining how to order and letting you try the flavors if you are unsure. I love being taken care of with such patience and kindness.
We have loved Aloha for years. Everyone there is so friendly and the flavors are always so good. Plus they make a lot of their flavors in house using local ingredients. We were recently helped by Amanda who was so kind to our kids and took the time to give us details about the flavors. She was awesome and even gave my kids a sample of the prickly pear without them asking because they were curious about the bowl I was getting. She is the best!
What an amazing experience, they were very kind and helpful. Although it was not self serve they do make sure youre getting the amount you want. The flavors are delicious, as well as the cookie dough topping which they made in house! 10/10 would come again.
