One of the most gorgeous distilleries I’ve ever stepped foot in. Mellow chic and phenomenal cocktails. No food but a perfect date night or post work dram. Will return whenever I’m in AZ! Drink in the pic is the Violet Femme 10/10
Went for happy hour and was blown away by the fantastic cocktails and food. We had a variety of cocktails, some with gin, others with bourbon and they were all perfectly balanced and amazing. We also split the bar plate and the spicy vodka pie pizza and they were both exceptional. The interior is casual and could use a bit more soft furnishings but the lighting is beautiful after dark. Saturday I spent the afternoon with some of the BEST people ??? We did a tour and tasting with AZ Distilling Co in Tempe and it did NOT disappoint. I learned a LOT, sampled multiple spirits, and their gin is probably the first gin I actually could tolerate and very unique. Olivia, their Production Assistant/Tour Guide and the entire staff were absolutely phenomenal ?? The specialty cocktails were also handcrafted, unique and delicious!
