Avasa - Pan Asian Cuisine (Indian, Mediterranean, Thai & Indo-Chinese)

This is my first time reviewing a restaurant Food,avasa has very very flavorful, authentic nawabi biryani, you can find freshness in each cooked item. Apricot delight, biryani, chicken korma and mutton curry spinach rice, all are amazing, I highly recommend any one who wants to eat authentic indian food

It's rare for me to give a restaurant 5 stars; no I am not picky but generally if the food is good then the hygiene or hospitality is missing. However, Avasa has everything - authentic food, welcoming team, ambience and hygiene. We tried their vegetarian appetizers, entrees and desserts (celebrated our anniversary date night) - everything was flawless. Cost might be a bit high in contrast to other restaurants but it's worth the experience. We would surely be returning back to try out their other cuisines too.

Visited on Diwali night, and everything about this place is exceptional—food, service, and ambiance all deserve five stars. The owner is incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about delivering a quality dining experience. Without a doubt, this is the best Indian/fusion restaurant in Tempe!

I’ve had food here multiple times and they used to be really good, I didn’t mind the oil as much as my wife did.
Nowadays the quality went really bad. It’s not value for money either anymore. Used to get 5 lollipops but now they reduced that to 3 for the same price
Had chicken majestic yesterday and the chicken was really hard; felt repurposed and the quantity was half of what you’d expect.
Chicken biryani pieces were hard too.
Kinda lost the trust hope they can improve the quality and quantity.

Absolutely the worst Korma I have ever had- extremely oily and seperated. Not sure what happened, but cannot recommend.

The food was delicious! We had a bit of a mixup on getting spicy when we asked for non, and the drink selection wasn't very available, but all workable. Came to listen to Gail and Brendan play, and they were fantastic!
