This location is the best location in Arizona. Gabrielle was respectful and kind. Gabrielle helped me decide which ice cream was best and excess my birthday reward. She also advertised sales that the store had, to welcome me back for and sale. Gabrielle was professional and knew her products.
Everyone, take yourself and family to Baskin Robbin’s on Southern and McClintock and get the best customer service you have been waiting for. You would want to come back.

We visited Baskin Robbins on their 31st birthday celebration on December 7th, and I have to highlight the incredible service from Maddin. He was working solo with a constant stream of people coming in for the 80-cent ice cream scoops, including my family, and he handled everything with so much kindness and patience.

He answered all of our questions, listened attentively, not just to us but to everyone around us and moved as quickly as he could while still making...

Ordered an ice cream cake that didn’t live up to what the site advertised. The right cake and ice cream were there, but the appearance seemed rushed/amateur? And they changed the color of the piping which isn’t what I asked for. Nor did they add the special message I requested. I requested the same cake but a blue message. All in all, 3 stars for at least giving us cake & ice cream. But definitely not what I ordered.
