Myaisa was absolutely amazing! She helped me with my order, added the points to my app, and was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire experience. She and the better buzz team made everything quick and easy and provided great customer service. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Myaisa!
Mia is genuinely the best barista I’ve ever had! She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure your order is made perfectly. You can tell she actually cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The drinks are always amazing, but honestly, Mia’s personality and customer service are what make the experience so great. She deserves all the recognition because she’s truly an exceptional barista!
Staff is always cheerful and helpful when I can’t make a decision on my orders. Mia was awesome. Had great customer service and was willing to help with the different coffee suggestions.
