Food is good. We ordered chicken dum biryani, paneer biryani, chole bature, samosa chat and vada.Chicken and paneer biryani is better than most biryani places in Phoenix. Generally, chicken biryani has foul smell in few Indian restaurants, but I haven’t had that experience here.Chat and bature was good, felt like we are eating in India.Vada is something I will definitely try at this location with their tomato chutney. The food is decent. However, their Kolkata rolls are not Kolkata rolls at all! I eagerly ordered them, and was rather disappointed at what landed on my plate. Kolkata rolls are not difficult to make. I even offered to teach them how to make them, but they weren't interested in learning. They should either learn how to make real Kolkata rolls, or change the name of the so named items, e.g., to Bindaas rolls.
