I rarely don't buy coffee out but when I do black rock is my spot. I wish they would open one in hemet Cali on Sanderson near 7th St, so I could stop going to Starbucks when I visit Cali....hint hint.....lol

This place used to be fine — orders were handled quickly, even during the morning rush. Lately, the situation has clearly gone downhill.

If you order to-go and wait inside the lobby, expect to stand there for at least 10 minutes, often longer. Meanwhile, drive-thru orders are constantly pushed ahead, with cars being served one after another while in-store customers are left waiting.

This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens every single...

I went in to try and find whole bean coffee. They didn't have any but they were kind. Enough to check around to see where I could get it. So I went back later and bought gift cards since I could not find whole beans, but they were very kind and very helpful
