I recommend making a reservation for dinner here. The chips were a highlight of mine. Our server kept bringing more when we were empty and my water was always full. What a surprise! We didn't know this little entertainment enclave existed until a friend recommended it as a half-way meeting spot. We had been to Blancos in Scottsdale for dinner a time or two but this felt different. The vibe was energetic. Our server Jaxon was outstanding and very helpful with the menu.

We celebrated our son’s graduation at Blanco and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was flawless—from the reservation process and package to the ambiance and, of course, the incredible food. Our hostess, Maddie, was exceptional—always attentive and making sure every guest’s needs were met. Thank you for making our celebration so special!
