Finding a Korean barbecue place in this county can be tricky at times but this is by far one of my favorite places Better than Gens I would say this location offers a variety of meats, premium meats as well all the meats were extremely good and the only time I would say wasn't good is the brisket, brisket can be a hit or miss at times but as soon as you season the grill and get some garlic, you'll be set overall this place is great when I come back to arizona this is my first stop
My most favorite kbb place to eat. Food and service is always great! I have 5 young daughters ages 9-1yrs old, and the only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the womens restroom is always terribly filthy and smells horrible. The floors look and smell like they've never been mopped.

AVOID THE LADY WITH RED HAIR!!!! She does not care who ordered what and has the worst attitude when she runs the food to the table. We plan on going again but will be doing what we did last time. Barring her from serving us! We don’t need that negativity when we are trying to have a nice family dinner.

I came here for a friend’s birthday dinner, and unfortunately the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
We made a reservation for six people, so I completely understood the automatic gratuity policy for larger parties. What made no sense, however, was that the restaurant refused to seat all six of us together. Instead, they separated our group into different tables even though there were larger reserved tables sitting completely empty at the time of our reservation because those parties hadn’t even arrived yet. It made the entire birthday dinner feel awkward and uncomfortable.
The service was also extremely slow. Early in the evening, the restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet we regularly went 30–40+ minutes without seeing our waitress. At several points, we had to physically get up and look for her ourselves, only to find her standing in the kitchen area or off in a corner. Paying premium prices for that level of service was frustrating.
The food itself was fine, but the billing situation made the experience even worse. I decided to pay for myself and two other people, and when the waitress brought the bill, she held the receipt in a way that prevented us from clearly viewing the itemized charges before payment. After swiping my card, I realized the total seemed much higher than expected.
When we asked for a printed receipt, we discovered an automatic 20% gratuity had been added. Again, I understand the policy for parties of five or more — but what didn’t make sense was that each split bill appeared to have its own 20% gratuity added separately. When I asked for clarification, neither the waitress nor the manager gave a clear explanation beyond repeatedly stating the restaurant’s policy for larger parties. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily sketchy.
Overall, between being separated from our own birthday party, the extremely slow service, and the confusing gratuity charges, this was one of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences I’ve had. I’d strongly recommend considering other locations instead.

My husband and I go here at least 1-2 times a month we love it so much! The Galbi marinade is just too good! Definitely our favorite place in all of Tempe/Phoenix
Great service with a huge happy hour menu and really good food for the price plus a super nice server who handled our big group really well.
