We were kicked out and lied to about that they won’t seat people prior to an hour before closing (mind you we were in an hour and a half before closing time). Staff was extremely unhelpful and didn’t even bother attending to us attempting to get a table, and first thing they told us was they won’t seat us. Unbelievably unprofessional and unkind. Disgraceful service that I am disappointed in.

Just like most Buffalo Wild Wings locations, they definitely encourage people to sit in the bar area where it is first come first serve.
Food is typically fresh when it comes out. Unfortunately, the drinks are still pricey, while not being as good or strong. Overall, it’s the general spot for wings.
Service can be slow, especially when you are at a high top. Many waitresses typically are seen at the beginning of your meal and towards the end of the meal you will need to hunt someone down for your check.

Attempted to order a veterans day meal and they didn't accept my VA card, that is also proof of service? Straight up, server asked me for a DD214 or to leave. Ive never had an issue during my time over the years, but this is completely unacceptable. Exceptionally rude, acting nonchalant, it wasn't even funny, it was just mean.
Thanks for ruining one of my favorite military memories of getting some chicken wings with the boys. Now its just me, without friends, nor chicken.
It's not even worth the fight, do better.

It sucked ever since smash burger came out with a smashing burgers. You can’t get a regular burger in nowhere and for the price that they sell their burgers for just give me a regular burger. I don’t want a smash burger. It was not even packed when we went in and the service sucked Will not return.

Ordered wings, literally came out in 4 minutes. Hmmm, oh yeah, cause they sitting around for God knows how long. Weren't even dropped in a fryer. Just cold gross inedible wings dumped with seasoning. He better. Disgusting.

We regularly attend comedy shows next door at the Tempe Improv. Almost every time we come early and we’ll have a couple appetizers or drinks at this Buffalo wild wings, this was the last time that we will step foot inside this restaurant. It is never really been clean, but the last two visits have been absolutely disgusting. The floors are atrociously dirty, and the tables are all dirty. The staff sits around on their phones and has horrible service. There was maybe 10 people inside the entire restaurant and it took us 20 minutes to get someone to come to the bar where we sat down to just order drinks. This isn’t just one of the most disgusting restaurants i’ve stepped foot in that I can remember. Each visit has gotten worse and worse. It is in desperate need of management change to get this place back in order to be clean and serve its costumers with good service and good food. Avoid this place at all cost.

I’ll start off by saying my wrap was delicious and so were my fries. However, I’ve never had service that bad before. It was relatively slow and our waiter kept going to every single table and wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. We didn’t have water for almost 45 minutes and asked TWICE for it. Then he forgot someone’s beer and then he also never took any plates or empty cups away so our table was crowded the whole time. He never checked on us to see if our food was right, if we enjoyed it or even if we needed anything. I’ve never had service that bad before and I’m not really picky but my goodness, at least look at us. Don’t eat here unless it’s takeout. Terrible terrible terrible.

We placed an order to go and during the pick up the girl was incredibly rude right from the jump. We had to peek our head in the kitchen Jenn came out. We checked to make sure the ranch was there because we ordered 40 wings plus French fries and some other things. Jenn said she put it in there and got an attitude when we wanted to check. It’s not personal but it happens. There was only one and she got really rude and said only one was selected on the order. It was a mistake, I ordered in my phone and it wasn’t giving me the option to select more than one so I thought it was because it ranch comes with the wings and it was limiting extras. We asked for a manager and he wasn’t even trying to diffuse the situation he was more rude than the girl was and said we are busy there was barely anybody in there and why would that matter? It’s just ranch. We just spent over $70 on food and even tipped for the to go service. But the rudeness was there before ANY of that happened. It’s smelled and was dirty in there too. On top of all of that the food was cold and dry and it was 10:50Am it’s like it was last nights reheated. I will be contacting corporate.
