Didn't like the fact that we got sat at the most wobbly table/booth that I have ever been sat on. And it was not the legs that were uneven. It was the top of the table. We then asked to be moved and the host made it seem like it was a bother for me to even ask that. We also noticed that the extra seating space that is behind sliding doors was being used as a break space. There was shoes on the floor. Drinks, bags, and food the tables and shirt/sweaters on the chair. With the doors wide open. After we moved the server came about 10 minutes later and took our drink order and when we asked for food menus she told us to scan the QR code and that she would only be taking alcohol orders. Not the answer I would expect from a server. We got our food and my friends order was wrong. We got the right sauces but traditional even though he selected boneless. After everything was right we didn't see our server for about 10-15 minutes so we placed beer though the QR code and ... nothing minutes later. Also were dry on soda/water refills since she still hadn't checked in. She then showed up with the beer and we had to ask for refills. We also had to pay via the QR code she said so then I asked if I could give her my phone number for the points. Ended up still paying via the QR code website and left. At this point why even have "servers" when clearly they're just food runners. Not the experience we expect when going to a restaurant and trying to not be on your phone. Aside from that the food was great.

They might as well not have any worker if all they're going to do is be unhelpful. Came in the hostess was standing there talking to her co workers, when it was our turn which it was only 3 of us we told her for how many and she didn't ask if we preferred a booth or a table she just threw us to the bar side when we preferred a booth, then the waiter told us to scan and order our phone we had to go through the hassle of scanning it getting our cards out putting our card information. When the waited could've just taken the order then and there how restaurants usually do, this isn't a mobile order. We told him we preferred if he took our order and asked if there was an issue with the website and I honestly just told him I'd feel more comfortable if he took our order and it would be simpler, he simply just seemed like he didn't want to I had mentioned we as well would've liked a booth but the hostess just directed us to sit elsewhere without asking. He said it was easier if we just ordered on the phone when he simply could've just took our ordered like we saw other waitresses doing, I decided it was fine and left. This company is just paying lazy people stand around, on their phones and drink soda in front of customers. And they expect a tip ?? Yeah right don't come to this location at least

Made a mobile order and went to the restaurant 10 minutes late I might add thinking it might be busy, order was still not ready. So we waitted a 15 more minutes. We then asked the hostess when our order would be ready and she said it'll be ready in a few more moments so we waited another 20 minutes to find out that they hadn't even started on our order because they didn't have chicken. We asked about the rest of our order said it had not been started because the chicken wasn't started. My question is why is there a order is going to be ready soon if you haven't even started on it.

Nothing said for BWW cuz it's a classic and I love their honey bbq wings but this is one of the locations that now sells the beatbox cocktails so you know I'll be coming here even more!

Would not recommend! I dined in at this restaurant on 4/9/24 and had a very unenjoyable experience. I was told there was opening seating by the hostess and she failed to mention to be that to order you had to scan a qr code to place your order? so me and my boyfriend sat at a table and then after waiting for 10 min we were told to order through a qr code which is just irritating because we dined in for a reason. We then waited at least 40 minutes for our food and the restaurant was not even busy. The guy who gave us waters and brought our food was very nice and polite but it seemed he was one of the only people working. The entire time we sat at the restaurant there were 9 tables left dirty with food and drinks and It was an eye sore. I don’t know if this place is just understaffed but I don’t think I will be back.

The most disgusting BWW I’ve ever visited. Service was horrible. Manager gave us 2 pieces of celery for 30 wings after messing up our DoorDash order in the first place.

Buffalo Wild Wings has really gone down hill, place was empty despite it being Friday afternoon/evening and food was not good. Onion rings just looked sad RIP

There was no waitress when we entered the restaurant and we waited for about 5 minutes.When we looked toward the kitchen, we saw a staff member who was prepping a dish and munching on it. Whether he was tasting the food or not is unknown.The waitress who was in charge of us was very unfriendly and didn't even smile. We were in a very uncomfortable situation, wondering what was going on when she was smiling at other customers and co-workers. She finally smiled slightly when we were paying our bill.By the way, her service was poor, but we did give her a tip for her manners as a guest.We sincerely hope that in the future other customers will not experience the unpleasantness we experienced.

Keelee is the best server I have ever had. Truly impeccable serving performance. She speaks Spanish and said she likes my hat. Give her a raise or I will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings again!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst establishment I've ever been to. First off, the building looks like it's closed and all the windows are blacked out from the outside. As far as the food, horribleeeee. Had an Uber eats pick up order, didn't include 2 items, had an extra item we didn't order, and one of the 3 different sauces we ordered was wrong. The wings weren't tossed in sauce, bare wings were put in a box and both the dry rub and sauce were just dumped in the middle, which especially ruins the dry rub since 2 wings are overpowered and the other 4 had nothing on them. Fried pickles were soggy and cold, mind you we showed up 5 minutes prior to the order being ready. Potato wedges, the item we didn't order, were the best part and they too were cold and soggy. Also didn't include any of the ranches. Absolutely zero effort, disgusting food, and terrible ambiance.
