We had a nice dinner till trying to use the rewards and in the app it doesn't say what size the fries are. The manager on duty who didn't even come out to talk to us Mariah, said nothing she can do. Its all corporate. A bit disappointing in her customer service.
We are regulars at this restaurant mostly during lunch time. We went in last night & started out with a female server whom I'm assuming was cut from shift cause we never seen her again after 2 visits to our table. No word from her or anyone for over 15 minutes when our next server showed up. Who was not very attentive at all. We didn't not have the greatest time at all. Food was good & the place was clean. We got seated fast and food got delivered within time. The burger was delicious and the fries had a tasteful crunch.
