Love this place! Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful staff! I see these other reviews of the staff and I'm confused. Been here multiple times and every single time I walk in, they all have greeted me, once even offered a drink while I waited for my order and have been friendly. I prefer this place)and specifically this location) over Chipotle.
There have been many times I have placed my order at this specific location (Baseline and Rural). 99% of the time my order and food is great. The other 1% is failure of customer service, bad limes used, getting an order delivered with items I’m allergic to, and the quality of my order looking pretty shabby.
Cafe Rio in itself is an amazing place and I love their food because it’s fresh. Otherwise, depending on the time you of day depends on the outcome.

108 temp and the AC not even working. Employees look like they are suffering. Moral is way down. Not even fans for customers in lobby. Fan in kitchen which means are is blowing dust and other stuff on the food. Employees where ok but wanted to make food fast so they can stand in front of the kitchen fans. Not acceptable.
