I went through the drive thru today at 1:15 and was pleasantly surprised by great customer service over the speaker and at the window. Nicest Dunkin employee I have interacted with in a long time! Writing this because as a former food service employee I know it’s nice to hear that your hard work is appreciated so I hope the brunette woman that served me knows she is doing a great job :)
First, I hadn't visited a donut shop in a while. It was the 4th of July and I suppose the company didn't think to have more than one employee working. This young lady did the best she could with working the drivethru and the numerous customers inside.
I was first in line. She apologized three times and I tried to assure her that I was fine with the wait. The donuts were as good as I remembered them but apparently they need help with reliable employees or this young lady...read full review

Maybe leave the to go orders where we can grab them and not so far behind the counter especially when you don’t say who’s order is ready. I walked in and sat down assuming my drink wasn’t ready since it’s no where to be seen and got so much attitude asking if I was hanging out? Awful team
