I went through the drive thru today at 1:15 and was pleasantly surprised by great customer service over the speaker and at the window. Nicest Dunkin employee I have interacted with in a long time! Writing this because as a former food service employee I know it’s nice to hear that your hard work is appreciated so I hope the brunette woman that served me knows she is doing a great job :)

First, I hadn't visited a donut shop in a while. It was the 4th of July and I suppose the company didn't think to have more than one employee working. This young lady did the best she could with working the drivethru and the numerous customers inside.

I was first in line. She apologized three times and I tried to assure her that I was fine with the wait. The donuts were as good as I remembered them but apparently they need help with reliable employees...

My only complaint is that this Dunkin Donuts is NOTORIOUS for having the vagabonds sitting in there. As a woman, nothing frightens me more than walking in there and seeing the male vagabonds hanging in there, charging their phones, sleeping, some standing up and falling over. I work right at the hospital so I am in Dunkin often and so I see them often. Yesterday, one of the male vagabonds was sitting there with a few holes in his crotch area. I was so disgusted.
