My donuts were stale, bought at 11AM. Hash browns had a dishwatery taste to them. Coffee was fine, maybe stick to that for this location.

Quick, easy fast food, no waiting, no crowds, available seating. Whenever I go it's in the morning and I order the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant with coffee.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and it was covered in dark black hair. I tried to call the store and no one picked up. Completely gross and terrible service
I guess it is a widely known fact that a person goes to Dunkin for the coffee and not the donuts. The doughnuts were horrible. Greasy, hard, and overly sweet. They were also extremely expensive and not worth the money a kind student wasted on the gift card for teacher appreciation week. Four donuts and water cost $12!The staff at this location were amazing. Kind and helpful. Go for the coffee and the nice people working at this location. Maybe they should consider just selling coffee.

Very unhelpful customer service. Tried to redeem my rewards - I had already exchanged the points and just needed to be scanned but I was confused on how to get the QR code and they weren’t helpful at all. I figured it out by myself after I had paid for my order. New broadway location is better.

I used to come here often but i will not anymore. To being ignored for minutes multiple times when i walk in and dealing with rude service. Just ordered my hot coffee and my lid was not on all the way which spilled in my car and slightly burned my hand.

Horrible slow service and no professionalism. If there is no one ahead of me and I'm only getting one donut and an iced coffee why am I waiting at the drive thru window for over five minutes before I was even able to pay. My coffee is not at all sweetened and now I have to stop at the gas station for sweetener. Do better.
