ABSOLUTELY need to clean the soda dispensers. Got some black nastiness in my Sprite... and it tasted so bad I threw away the cup rather than try another drink. Probably 6+ months uncleaned taps I'd guess. Nasty af

I went thr the drive thru & there menu is slanted & hard to see. I had to pull forward to see the menu but I’m hard of hearing and then I couldn’t hear him & I had a couple ?s. I asked if he had the 2 CK sandwich’s I was thinking abt & he had I then asked which was better & he told me. I went with his recommendations. Then I placed my order pulled around & paid, he handed me my drink. He told me I spent to long in the drive thru and I needed to pull arnd to get my ordr. I said there is no one behind me, he said I took too long in the drive thru. I told him but there isn’t anyone behind me & he was holding my food in his hands. I asked for the mgr, is was, I asked 4 money bk, he gave no problem. My order was close to 40 and I video taped with my phone that there was no one behind me & it’s over 3 min long with nobody behind me & he wouldn’t give me his name. There is more to this story but I’m running out of space. I have video, I have tried to get corporate information but have got anywhere. I had stopped my phone & started to leave & a lady came to the window & asked if she could help, I explained what happened & asked for corporate she gave me a number. She was nice and seemed like she was trying to help. So she offer to re take my order. So she took my order and had me pull around and there were people pulling around behind by this time. So I pulled around paid and got my order and by the time I got home the food was cold & hard it was bad. I called, they said they would take care of it but I haven’t got anywhere. I stopped at the mesa location & told them & asked for the corporate number they talked to there mngr & said they would get back with me but have never heard from them either. I have the video to prove what I said is true. Thank you

Don't order the fried zuccini unless you enjoy breaded grease. Flavorless, soggy and all I could taste was the grease. I threw them out.
Ordered a western burger combo with onion rings from doordash onion rings came literally falling apart because the oil is so old I received I don't know if it's a western burger but it has regular cheese not pepper jack lake it should no onion ring barely any barbecue sauce so sloppy and greasy

I was in drive through around 7:50am, Lexus sounded like he doesn’t wanna be there and yet was he holding his phone and on FaceTime the whole time I was there. I asked for a coffee but I don’t think it was even coffee I got, tasted so weird and it was super cold!

Fifteen minutes to get a single burger combo out for dine in. Watching cars fly through the drive through. And when it was ready just called out the order instead of bringing it to the table like what you would expect when they give you a plastic number tent. Luckily Carl's burgers is decent taste. $11.45 for a single party combo is getting out of control.
