Best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time.

I have just left Carl’s Jr. and was honestly blown away by the service. The food came out hot and fresh, and the girl working, Teyha, was so kind and welcoming.

What stood out the most was how she handled a very rude customer. Even though they were being difficult, she stayed calm, professional, and did everything she could to make them happy. You could tell she genuinely cared about doing...

We just did a quick stop here through the drive-thru so I can't really comment too much on the atmosphere of the place. Except that on a Saturday evening it was pretty well deserted. We only bought an order of french fries to share as a quick snack. The service was fairly quick. And the french fries came out really hot and fresh. And tasted good.

I give the owner a 1 Star review due to him not honoring the Phoenix Suns deal Wednesday 12/24 Anytime the suns make 10 3 point shots you get a western BBQ bacon cheese burger for free with the purchase of a large soda. I guess because it was Christmas Eve he told his female employee that offer wasn’t valid. I have been going there almost once a week for the last year. This is the best cheeseburger I have ever had and I appreciate the great deal. Please show me the asterisk...
