My wife and daughter stopped in for late lunch/ early dinner, so the place wasn't too busy. We were greeted by a very pleasant hostess that brought us to our table. Our server was polite and quite attentive. Always appreciated. Everyone was great. We even had our food brought out by the manager...I believe his name was Zach. Great guy as well!After we had our food and drinks for a bit, the manager checked in on us again to make sure everything was good. This in addition to our waitress checking in made our visit simply awesome. Some places just bring out your food and ghost you. My soda was never more than half empty. She sent me with a to go soda and more tortilla chips too.All in all such a great visit. I wish more Chili's were as great as this one!!!

Place is dirty. Bar and tables are covered with ads and flashy electronic boxes. Medium steak came out burnt and well done. If this is what Chilis has become the last few years, I won’t be back. Cracker Barrel steak is better by far. Service was “ok”. The chic fil a a couple blocks away blows this away. That is sad. They are closed cause its Sunday, so here I am.

Just Walked out because I wasn't greeted.I sat at the bar on Wed at 445.Years ago I worked for chilis.And this reminds me why I don't anymore.Like how the heck does a bartender walked past me 3 different times and not greet me.Yeah she had a couple tables but it definitely wasn't busy.It's sad in 2010 chilis was my favorite restaurant ever. My family used to go every month several times a month.Fast forward years later after the remodel, ever since that new CEO took over in what was it 2016ish things have been really upside dowm. it's hard to convince anyone to come here.Please don't ignore me next timeI tip at least 50% usually. And I've never walked out of a chilis until today. Smh yall missing out man

food is fantastic. i am always gonna get a triple dipper and the bottomless chips and salsa. staff is amazing and attentive.tiki beach party margarita was blue and tropical. presidente margarita was oddly delicious.Vegetarian options: this place is better for pescatarians and meat eaters.Dietary restrictions: decent vegetarian options. pescatarian options are much better.Parking: I prefer to take the streetcar and walk the rest of the way. saves gas and then i don’t have to drink and drive.Kid-friendliness: the kid’s menu has a lot of good and tasty options.Wheelchair accessibility: this place is usually packed. may be difficult to maneuver

I came in today on 03/07/2024 at -approximately 3:00 p.m. There was very nice young lady who greeted my boyfriend and I right away. We were headed over to an booth and when a server told us we couldn’t sit there. I was just a little appalled and led back but her attitude, no apology was said. So we walked away & the entire seating areas was full with 5-6 tables of group of people but the entire restaurant was empty besides that one area. I told the nice young lady that we would sit at the bar. My boyfriend and I waited for someone to greet us but nobody showed up to acknowledge us. Then! I was looking down at my phone patiently waiting and that’s when this African American lady (the server earlier that told us not to sit at the booth previously) Bumped the back of my head with a tray full of food! So rude! She didn’t even apologize or seem to care. I told my boyfriend and I to leave. I’ve always come to Chilis and had better experiences. So unfortunate and unprofessional, I expected better service for one of my favorite restaurant.

We had to steal utensils and napkins from the bar for our table. Their waitstaff was only like two guys who ran their butts off btw, props to them. But the food was good. I regret swapping the French fries from the burger meal to Mac and cheese. It wasn't a good swap volume wise.
