This was the best experience we had in a long time, we had originally went to Denny's nearby and it put a damper on our day, with the horrific customer service,the manager recognized my husband as 49ers fan and a veteran and provided the customer service needed. This was the first time he has been out of the house since chemo and his battle with cancer. Thank you for caring and for a wonderful experience

The food was great, we had a salad and a triple dipper. We also added chips and salsa for an appetizer. Everything came out great. The delay in service was what brought this experience down. We waited about 15 from when we were seated to any acknowledgement. Since we had plenty of time to look over the menu we were ready to place our order. While placing the order she kept look around almost like we were taking to long and she had somewhere better to be. She did refill our drinks...

CRESHA WAS SO AMAZING! she made me feel so welcomed and she was so sweet. i came to az from washington state for the innings festival, and it was my first time trying chili’s, the food was very good! the atmosphere was great too, all of the employees were working together and even though it was so busy because it was right after the festival, food came out fairly quick and fresh! i had an overall great experience and will 100% come back next time i’m in this area
