I waited in the chipotlane for 30 minutes and got my food. I was irritated but whatever, things happen. I got to my destination and realized they had forgotten items from my order. I had to go back and have been waiting for another 30 minutes while they just look at me. I finally parked and walked inside and they pretended like they couldn’t see the people waiting outside. I told the manager there were people waiting for over half an hour out there while we watched them do nothing. Unbelievable, normally I give people the benefit of the doubt but there was no excusing this.

I just ordered for pickup at this location from DoorDash. They gave my food to a delivery driver then proceeded to tell me it was DoorDash's issue and to not order from DoorDash anymore. They didn't fix the issue that they created by giving my food to someone else and refused to make me my food. I had to wait on hold for over 30 mins to get refunded when I just wanted to get dinner after work. They created the issue, not DoorDash and they didn't care to do anything about it but tell me that their mess up was my problem. Not worth coming here again.

Absolutely the worst service experience while ordering food. Extremely rude people that are rushing you along while repeatedly asking you what you want while trying to see what they have. All the while it wasnt even that busy. This location is a hard pass. Someone needs to manage these people and the severe lack of organization and patience.

Top tier chipotle. The overall chipotle quality of food has decreased over the years. However, the meal I had at this location was 10/10. Reminded me of the older days when the quality was always top tier. The drive thru was also so nice!

Literally turned around and walked out the way he drenched my food with the entire spoon of sour cream when I asked him to put "just a little more if you can please", to his first reserved spoon, even saying that's fine and he kept pouring.

Ordered a Salad & after I paid, I had to ask for Salad Dressing. Then cashier said, "We're out of Salad Dressing."I said, "Why didn't someone tell me that in the beginning? What good is a Salad with no Salad Dressing?" Then another worker said, " There's more Salad Dressing in the back." So the cashier went looking. After awhile, the other employee went in back & showed the cashier where it was. I then said, "Can I get an extra dressing, too?"The second worker said, " Sure, but that's an extra charge." So I paid the extra charge separately.Question - Should there have been a discount on my Salad they sold me without Salad Dressing?!!!!?
Best Chipotle location in the valley! The food is always very fresh, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is kept in a clean condition.

NO Portioning. I only got FIVE pieces of steak and a lot of attitude for asking for more of the sides then. Got almost nothing. For over $10 a bowl, this was a sad and lacking lunch. As a former employee, I can say that this is pathetic and the line workers need more practice weighing out their scoops.
