I waited 35 minutes past my appointment for a cut and color and ended up having to leave with nothing because at that point I didn't feel I had time for him to complete my hair before I had to go to work. I understand having to wait for a little bit, but I felt so unseen just sitting there waiting and having him make small talk with client after she checked out. I love this place so much. The people that work at palette are so nice and friendly. The best part is their coffee bar. They have some of the best tasting coffee and tea.
